For units at a site you enter through the ONELock app. Shows how to open the door with your phone.
For units where the app opens the building and the unit. Shows both: the entry point, then unlocking your door.
For units that take a cylinder lock. Shows how to unlock it, open and close the door, and lock up again.
If your code, app or lock is not working, call or text us. Do not force a door or cut a lock. We would much rather come and open it with you.
